If your location is not appearing correctly:

Make sure cellular data or Wi-Fi is available.
Confirm that you are checked into the correct incident or assignment.
Keep the Wildfire EMS Tracker application updated.

GPS accuracy can be affected by terrain, buildings, weather, device settings, cellular coverage, and satellite availability.

Wildfire EMS Tracker should not be used as the sole means of emergency communication, navigation, or personnel accountability.

Personnel information and credentials may be managed by your organization.

Depending on your permissions, Wildfire EMS Tracker may display:

Credential expiration dates

If a credential is incorrect, expired, or missing, contact your organization administrator or update the credential through your account if that feature is available to you.
